Support CRM administration and Power BI reporting as a Sales Systems Analyst with Cooke in Blacks Harbour, New Brunswick. Improve sales technology and data quality.

This full time role supports Sales Operations and Commercial teams through business analysis, system enhancement, and process improvement. You will bridge business users and technical teams while supporting CRM, reporting tools, workflow automation, and Microsoft Excel. The position also contributes to user training and data governance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Administer, configure, and enhance CRM and commercial applications
- Gather and analyze requirements for system improvements
- Support testing, troubleshooting, and functionality deployment
- Maintain sales reports, dashboards, KPIs,



and documentation
- Validate data accuracy and address quality issues

Requirements:

- Two to five years in business systems or related roles
- Experience with CRM, ERP, or business applications
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and reporting tools
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Power BI experience preferred
