As a Senior Data Scientist, you will support Asana’s AI organization and agentic work management products. You will apply data analysis, causal inference, statistical methods, and data storytelling to understand customers and guide product decisions. Key Responsibilities:

- Define user segments and engagement levers for agentic products
- Lead data strategy for specific Asana AI features

Requirements:

- Four to six years of data science experience
- Growth experience, primarily within B2B SaaS companies
