Deliver primary care in Valemount as a Registered Nurse with Northern Health, applying assessment skills and compassionate patient care. Days rotate from 08:30 to 17:00.

As a Primary Care Nurse, you will provide direct clinical services to individuals, groups, and communities. You will work under supervision while following BCCNM qualified standards and ethics. The interprofessional team supports care across physician practices, homes, schools, and communities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Complete initial and ongoing client assessments
- Provide prescribed technical, therapeutic, and safety interventions
- Deliver clinical follow-up according to care plans
- Educate people and families about health care
- Coordinate continuity of care across disciplines

Requirements:

- Registration with BCCNM as practicing RN or RPN
- Three years of recent related clinical nursing experience
- Primary care or chronic disease management experience
- Experience developing and providing formal patient education
- Current valid British Columbia driver's license
