As a Senior Mechanical and Robotics Technician, you will lead service technicians supporting automated packaging and distribution equipment. You will maintain conveyor systems, troubleshoot control components, manage work orders, and develop technician training plans. The position also includes project management and difficult-problem solution design.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead installation and repair of automated packaging equipment
- Maintain and troubleshoot building conveyor systems
- Install and troubleshoot relay logic and control components




- Audit preventative maintenance procedures and close work orders
- Train technicians and develop emergency repair work plans

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Three-plus years conducting preventative maintenance
- Three-plus years reading blueprints and schematics
- Two-plus years managing work orders
- Flexible availability for weekends, nights, holidays, and shifts
