Analyze hospital funding and service-delivery data as a Senior Financial Advisor supporting Ontario’s public hospital system. Help guide allocations and investments across the province.

Within the Hospital Financial Oversight Unit, you will advise senior leaders and government stakeholders on financial decisions. Your work will draw on budgeting, forecasting, accounting, funding models, and accountability requirements. You will also support oversight initiatives affecting hospital planning and sustainability.

Key Responsibilities:

- Analyze hospital funding requests and service-delivery information
- Recommend funding allocations and investments
- Monitor financial performance, risks, trends, and forecasts
- Prepare briefings, reports, presentations, and recommendations




- Maintain oversight processes, tools, and accountability frameworks

Requirements:

- Knowledge of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and accounting
- Understanding of funding models and publicly funded program requirements
- Ability to assess financial risks, trends, performance, and needs
- Ability to interpret policies, legislation, guidelines, and funding requirements
