NPs are essential in providing comprehensive evaluation, management, and education for hospitalized patients with endocrine disorders. Working collaboratively with endocrinologists, hospitalists, and multidisciplinary care teams, the NP ensures high-quality, evidence-based care for complex endocrine conditions across a diverse patient population.
