As Regional Human Resources Manager at ASSA ABLOY Canada, you will partner with operational leaders across the employee lifecycle. Guide performance management, investigations, recruitment support, talent development, compliance, succession planning, and organizational change. Support consistent corporate programs while addressing regional operational needs.

Key Responsibilities:

- Serve as primary HR partner to regional business leaders
- Guide employee relations, investigations, accommodations, and corrective action
- Lead regional execution of HR initiatives and policies




- Champion safety culture and coordinate corporate safety programs
- Support workforce planning, recruitment, onboarding, and succession planning

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in human resources or related discipline
- Seven or more years of progressive human resources experience
- Three years in an HR Manager or senior HR role
- Experience supporting multi-site operations and employee relations
- Robust Western Canada employment legislation knowledge
