This Senior Associate supports development impact work across investment and financing opportunities. You will analyze quantitative data, GHG baselines, climate eligibility, and impact outcomes. The work advances FinDev Canada’s Impact Approach across emerging and developing economies.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct pre-screening, due diligence, and annual portfolio monitoring
- Assess climate eligibility, emissions, and climate-related outcomes
- Review carbon accounting methodologies and strengthen emissions reporting
- Improve impact methodologies, tools, templates, and measurement practices
- Prepare reports and briefing materials for senior stakeholders

Requirements:

- Undergraduate degree in a related discipline
- Three to five years of relevant experience
- Knowledge of climate and impact measurement practices
- Solid analytical, quantitative, written, and presentation skills
- Bilingual proficiency in French and English
