As a Senior Logistics Specialist, you will manage inbound strategy across procurement, distribution centers, cross-docks, vendors, and third-party storage. The Toronto-based role focuses on logistics performance, reporting, transportation strategy, and workflow improvement. You will guide coordinators and support consistent processes across North American logistics teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Implement inbound strategy across logistics network partners
- Manage inbound KPIs, reporting, and performance variances
- Guide coordinators and develop process SOPs
- Audit freight, carrier, and vendor invoices




- Optimize load planning, backhaul, and trailer utilization

Requirements:

- Four to five years logistics, transportation, and supply chain experience
- Understanding of manufacturing and distribution center operations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, TMS, WMS, and ERP systems
- Robust analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to resolve bottlenecks under pressure
