Plan underground maintenance with SAP and mobile equipment expertise at Coeur Mining’s Rainy River mine on a 14/14 schedule.

Reporting to the Senior Reliability Specialist, the Underground Maintenance Planner develops predictive and preventative programs for underground mobile equipment and fixed assets. The work supports reliability through structured scheduling, compliance tracking, equipment documentation, and collaboration with maintenance teams. The fleet includes Caterpillar, Maclean, Sandvik, Kovatera, Manitou, and Toyota equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan and schedule underground equipment fleet maintenance
- Create preventative, predictive, and regulatory SAP maintenance plans
- Track work order compliance and monthly regulatory execution




- Lead planning meetings with maintenance and contractor groups
- Update equipment Bills of Materials and follow-up work orders

Requirements:

- Experience in similar maintenance planning roles
- Knowledge of mobile maintenance disciplines
- SAP or comparable CMMS experience is an asset
- Journeyman trades ticket is a definite asset
- Authorization to work in Canada required
