Reporting to the National Health & Safety Leader, this coordinator supports HS&W; programs, policies, inspections, investigations, and regulatory obligations. The work includes data governance, analytics, training materials, and product recall communication. Robust relationships with teammates, customers, and vendors support consistent safety practices.

Key Responsibilities:

- Track, report, and follow up on health and safety incidents
- Coordinate active WCB claims with internal and external partners
- Assess Profit Centre risks and support workplace controls
- Maintain HS&W; data, reports, resources,



and performance trends
- Coordinate product recall communications with Health Canada

Requirements:

- University degree or college diploma
- In-depth Occupational Health and Safety standards knowledge
- Strong understanding and management experience with WCB claims
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Teams, and PowerPoint
- Ability to use data for risk-based recommendations
