As Director of Construction, you will lead projects from mobilization through commissioning, closeout, and turnover. The Lawen Group, DEXEL, and Paramount operate across design, construction, and property management in Halifax. This working leadership role reports to the President and CEO and directs site delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver projects from mobilization through commissioning, closeout, and turnover
- Report monthly cost-to-complete forecasts, commitments, and project costs
- Run safety programs and stop work when safety risks arise
- Lead Project Managers and General Site Superintendents
- Manage contracts,



changes, trade performance, quality, and deficiencies

Requirements:

- Ten or more years leading multi-residential construction
- Senior accountable experience delivering high-rise projects
- Owned schedules and budgets on projects exceeding $50 million
- Working knowledge of Nova Scotia safety law and OHS leadership
- Credibility with superintendents and project managers
