Apply blueprint reading and precision measurement skills as a Quality Inspector at Amphenol Borisch Technologies. Inspect aerospace components and assemblies against requirements.

This Quality Inspector performs receiving, in-process, and final inspections for production detail parts and assemblies. The work includes verifying paperwork, dimensions, purchase orders, customer requirements, specifications, and tolerances. You will support first article inspection using AS9102 skills, Inspection Xpert, and Net Inspect.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform receiving, in-process, and final product inspections
- Check dimensions using calipers, scales, micrometers, and height gauges
- Verify assemblies, paperwork, purchase orders, and customer requirements
- Document deviations, maintain records,



and complete inspection reports
- Create AS9102 certification packages and Detailed Inspection Plans

Requirements:

- Proficiency in blueprint reading and specification interpretation
- Knowledge of geometric dimensioning and tolerances
- Experience with AS9100, AS9102, FAIs, DIPs, and Net Inspect
- Experience with IPC-A-610, IPC-A-620, and J-STD-001 preferred
- Solid detail, organization, communication, and follow-up skills
