The position leads field communication among crews, subcontractors, general contractors, and project management. It requires construction management knowledge, contract understanding, and leadership across active site operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Understand contract documents, installation budgets, and compliance requirements
- Coordinate stakeholders to maintain schedules and project objectives
- Take off materials and issue purchase orders and subcontracts
- Coordinate field plans, sequencing, equipment,



and installation methods
- Inspect subcontractors, report progress, and escalate risks promptly

Requirements:

- College diploma in an applicable field
- Five to ten years of similar experience
- Prior curtain wall management experience with positive results
- Strong contract language, communication, and leadership skills
- Proficiency with Excel, email, 3-D models, and construction software
