Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise daily nursing department operations
- Participate in Care Conferences with residents and families
- Recruit, onboard, schedule, supervise, and evaluate clinical staff
- Assess compliance with policies, regulations, and work practices
- Apply disciplinary processes with leadership

Requirements:

- Current provincial registration as an LPN, RPN, or RPN equivalent
- Minimum three years of relevant clinical experience
- Experience developing resident service plans
- Current knowledge of provincial legislation and care standards
- Current Vulnerable Sector and Criminal Background Check
