Enya Mond is looking for a Content Creator & Social Lead.

We're a growing Canadian fashion brand building something different for mothers — and we're looking for someone who doesn't just consume content. We want someone who is constantly thinking:

"That would make a outstanding Reel."

You'll work directly with our founder and small marketing team to turn products, people, ideas, events and behind-the-scenes moments into content that people actually want to watch.

You'll have a lot of creative freedom. We don't need someone who waits for a content brief.

We need someone who brings the brief.

The Role:

We're hiring a Content Creator & Social Lead to own our organic content engine end to end — turning raw founder footage and your own shoots into a steady stream of scroll-stopping short-form video, and running the day-to-day of our social presence.

What you'll do:

Produce a consistent, high-cadence stream of short-form video (Reels/TikTok) — shooting, editing, and publishing.

Turn the founder's raw, on-camera footage into polished-enough,



native-feeling content — and shoot your own product, lifestyle, and BTS content independently.

Own the content calendar and publishing schedule.

Run community management — DMs and comments — in an authentic brand voice.

Work with our Marketing Manager so content and paid ads feed each other (your best organic becomes ad creative).

Who you are (must-haves):

You can personally make short-form video that gets views.

2–4 years creating content for DTC lifestyle, beauty, baby, or fashion brands. This is not an entry/intern role.

Fast and prolific. You ship volume and iterate live; you believe native-and-current beats perfect-and-late.

Self-directed. Give you a product and a goal and you run — you don't need a detailed brief for every post.

Strong short-form editing (CapCut, Edits, or similar) with a real feel for pacing, hooks, and trends.

Comfortable both on camera yourself and directing others — including coaching the founder to get natural footage.

Nice to have (not required):

You're a mother, or you genuinely understand our customer.

Photography, light graphic design, or copywriting.
