Lead regional facilities operations at Toronto Community Housing, applying maintenance leadership and budget oversight across a residential sub-district. This is an on-site, full time permanent position.

The Regional District Supervisor directs day-to-day demand maintenance and cleaning services within one sub-district. You will lead more than 80 unionized frontline staff, oversee approximately $1–2 million, and support compliance with building legislation. The work includes vendor management, performance management, resident engagement, and strategic service planning.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead district delivery of building maintenance and cleaning services
- Schedule staffing and coordinate daily building operations
- Monitor performance indicators and implement improvement plans
- Manage operating budgets, vendors, invoices, and cost variances




- Support inspections, capital projects, labour relations, and resident activities

Requirements:

- Post-secondary education, trades certificate, or approved equivalent combination
- At least five years’ large residential building service delivery experience
- Five to seven years’ facilities or property management experience preferred
- Leadership experience developing maintenance teams required
- Unionized supervision experience and G-License are strong assets
