The Senior Manager, Land Services reports to the Director, Land Canada. This leader oversees land rights, access matters, stakeholder relationships, Public Awareness damage prevention education, and functional priorities. The role connects business strategy with multi-year plans, consistent service delivery, and sustained performance across TC Energy’s Canadian footprint.

Key Responsibilities:

- Translate Land Canada priorities into objectives, plans, measures, and accountabilities
- Plan workforce, budgets, workloads, capabilities, and regional service delivery
- Oversee complex land matters, standards, decisions, and issue resolution
- Identify systemic issues, trends, risks,



and performance improvement opportunities
- Build partnerships with internal functions and external stakeholders

Requirements:

- University degree or appropriate qualified accreditation
- 15+ years of progressively responsible relevant experience
- Leadership accountability for people, outcomes, and organizational performance
- Experience leading complex programs, initiatives, or dispersed teams
- Strong strategic, financial, influence, negotiation, and communication skills
