Lead financial operations for Celeros Flow Technology in Burlington, Ontario, using financial planning and analysis to guide business decisions. This is an in office Monday to Friday position.

The Controller joins the Global Finance Leadership and Burlington Leadership teams. You will direct Canada Clyde Union finance activities, strengthen transparency, and support near-term results and long-term success. The work spans forecasting, cost controls, capital deployment, working capital, and operational financial modeling.

Key Responsibilities:

- Set direction for controllership and finance activities
- Provide insights through financial planning and analysis
- Manage balance sheet, P&L;, and cash flow
- Report results accurately under applicable GAAP
- Coordinate audits, controls, tax, and treasury matters

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related discipline
- 10+ years manufacturing costing and financial reporting experience
- Strong internal and external audit background
- Experience with SAP, HFM, and Microsoft Excel
- CPA or Canadian equivalent preferred
