Lead occupational health and industrial hygiene programs at CNL’s fully in office Chalk River location in Ontario. Guide teams through safe decommissioning work.

As Supervisor, Occupational Health and Safety, you will provide technical expertise, leadership, and oversight for complex activities. Your work will support workers, supervisors, project teams, and contractors. Key areas include asbestos, silica, noise, heat stress, confined spaces, WHMIS, respiratory protection, and PPE&C.;

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide OSH and IH guidance for decommissioning activities
- Lead occupational safety and industrial hygiene program implementation
- Coach teams on hazard recognition and risk management
- Conduct inspections, observations, assessments, and engagement activities
- Analyze performance metrics and strengthen programs

Requirements:

- Relevant university, college, or professional degree
- CRSP, CSP, CMIOSH, or equivalent professional designation
- More than six years of OSH/IH experience
- Three to five years of leadership experience
- Reliability Status with Site Access Security Clearance eligibility
