Program Planning Specialist Teacher supporting inclusive education and individual programming with the South Shore Regional Centre for Education in Bridgewater. This is a 100% term assignment.

The specialist supports the Program Planning Process for students across the Bridgewater Family of Schools. The work includes TIENET, Individual Program Plans, adaptations, SEL programming, and evidence-based interventions. Support is provided to teachers, learning support teachers, educational assistants, and administration.

Key Responsibilities:

- Establish systems and routines for program planning implementation
- Support adaptations, Individual Program Plans, and transition planning
- Manage scheduling and caseload responsibilities
- Model, co-teach, observe,



and provide feedback
- Support academic and behaviour challenges through interventions

Requirements:

- Bachelor of Education Degree
- Relevant Master's Degree in special or inclusive education
- Five years of successful classroom teaching experience
- Two years of successful support teaching experience
- Three years using TIENET for Individual Program Plans
