Ensero Solutions is seeking a Manager – Marketing & Business Development to drive Canada-wide proposal strategy and client retention. You will lead a team of proposal professionals, oversee branding, and enable Development Leaders to pursue strategic pursuits and account programs.

You will manage end-to-end proposal development, ensure compliance and quality, and coordinate technical staff and subconsultants to deliver cohesive, single-voice submissions across multiple offices.
