Reporting to the Gross Profit Manager, the Gross Profit Specialist improves gross profit results for NAPA Corporate and Associate Stores. You will analyze custom pricing, sales, and margin performance while supporting management teams with solutions. The work includes policies, training, market surveys, and Excel-based reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

- Create national customer pricing profiles and exception guidelines
- Analyze pricing against sales and identify margin problems
- Recommend solutions to Store, District, Regional, Purchasing, and BMA management




- Support implementation of margin policies, procedures, and programs
- Develop training and conduct national and regional market surveys

Requirements:

- Business degree or education and experience with accounting or finance
- Three to five years of relevant automotive parts experience
- Excellent spoken and written French and English
- Solid Microsoft Office knowledge, especially Excel
- Willingness to travel within Canada twenty percent
