The Director, Human Resources – Canada reports to the Vice President, Human Resources. This senior leader supports a multi-site organization across provinces while coaching three Regional HR Managers. The mandate includes employment law, M&A; integration, compensation, perks, and operational improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coach three Regional HR Managers across Canadian branch operations
- Guide complex employee relations, investigations, accommodations, and separations
- Direct HR integration for newly acquired Canadian businesses
- Oversee compensation reviews, benefits programs,



and workforce planning
- Modernize HR service delivery using workforce analytics

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, industrial relations, business, or related field
- 8+ years of progressive Canadian HR experience
- 3+ years managing HR Business Partners or HR Managers
- Technical mastery of Canadian employment and human rights legislation
- Hands-on mergers and acquisitions integration experience
