Lead complex defence infrastructure delivery at WSP, using project planning, stakeholder management, and multidisciplinary leadership across federal facilities.

This Lead Project Manager role directs defence and federal infrastructure projects through planning, procurement, design, construction, commissioning, and closeout. You will manage scope, schedule, budget, risk, quality, and teams while supporting WSP’s national Defence and Federal Buildings practice. Maritime or shipyard experience is required.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead projects from planning through commissioning and closeout
- Establish execution plans, schedules, budgets, and governance
- Direct architecture, engineering, security, and specialty teams
- Partner with DCC, contractors, regulators,



and stakeholders
- Contribute to pursuits, proposals, and account planning

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, architecture, or related discipline
- Seven-plus years of progressive project delivery experience
- Significant defence, federal, or complex infrastructure experience
- Required maritime or shipyard project experience
- Ability to obtain and maintain federal security clearance
