The Telfer School of Management seeks three CUPE Teaching Assistants for ADM3301 Operations Management. This English-language assignment supports student communication, grading, proctoring, Brightspace, Teams, and synchronous lectures. Work runs January 4 through April 30, 2027, for 117 hours.

Key Responsibilities:

- Respond to student emails and hold office hours
- Manage discussion groups on Brightspace
- Mark assignments, midterms, and group assignments
- Support synchronous lectures and online course sites
- Proctor exams and monitor course activities

Requirements:

- Solid understanding of Operations Management
- Minimum C.G.P.A. of 7.0
- Minimum A- grades in ADM3301 and ADM2302
- Apply grading rubrics and provide structured feedback
- Experience managing Brightspace course pages
