Woodpecker seeks an experienced Floor Manager to oversee daily shop operations and supervise six to ten production staff. Reporting to the Production Manager, you will coordinate production schedules, drafting, project management, installation, and CNC operations. Your work supports precise joinery, efficient workflows, and safe execution.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead, mentor, and supervise six to ten shop staff
- Assign tasks and drive daily floor productivity
- Check timbers, joinery, and components against drawings
- Coordinate loading, packaging, dispatch, and delivery schedules
- Schedule maintenance for machinery, vehicles, and CNC equipment

Requirements:

- Five or more years managing production shop environments
- Timber framing, woodworking, or cabinetry experience preferred
- Ability to read engineered drawings and solve challenges
- Solid verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Reliable transportation to the Exshaw shop
