A leading general contractor specializing in Institutional, Commercial, and Industrial (ICI) new build projects is seeking a skilled Project Manager to join their team. This role is based in the Edmonton Area and offers a market-competitive salary range of $110,000 - $125,000.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage the project schedule, ensuring adherence throughout the project lifecycle.
- Work closely with the Project Management team, providing regular updates on project status, anticipated delays, or scope changes.
- Lead a dedicated project team,
ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Coordinate with trades, fostering strong relationships to optimize project efficiency.
Skills and Experience:
- Construction Expertise: Proven experience managing ICI new build projects from initiation to completion.
- Leadership: Strong leadership skills with a track record of effectively guiding project teams.
- Communication: Excellent communication skills for liaising with internal teams, stakeholders, and trades.
- Experience: At least 10 years in a project management role within the construction industry, ideally with a Developer or General Contractor/Construction Manager.
- Education: Post-secondary degree or diploma in construction management, architecture, engineering, or a related field.
