This seasonal, full-time HSSE Advisor supports Predator Drilling’s field operations and HSE team. The position conducts audits, delivers training, investigates incidents, and maintains HSSE systems. It also helps crews identify hazards, complete risk assessments, and follow protected work procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct field inspections, safety audits, and hazard assessments
- Coach field personnel and promote continuous safety improvement
- Deliver orientations, training, toolbox talks, and HSSE education




- Participate in investigations and follow up corrective actions
- Maintain HSSE policies, records, reports, and documentation

Requirements:

- At least three years in oil and gas drilling safety
- Occupational Health and Safety Certificate
- Knowledge of provincial and federal HSE legislation
- Strong coaching, judgment, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to travel and work away during winter drilling
