As Operations Manager, you will direct yard crew activities and support safety, quality, productivity, and cost objectives. The position requires leadership in a heavy industrial setting, team coordination, and compliance with company policies. Key Responsibilities:

- Lead environmental, health, and safety programs, policies, and procedures
