Support Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations on-site in North York, using production troubleshooting and financial systems expertise. This six-month contract runs through April 30, with possible extension.

As a Functional/Technical Consultant, you will support and optimize a D365 setting within an established public sector organization. The work combines Finance module configuration, integration troubleshooting, incident management, and collaboration with IT, Finance, developers, QA teams, and vendors. Strong written and verbal English communication is required.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide Level 2 and Level 3 production support
- Configure D365 Finance modules and resolve application issues
- Investigate integrations, APIs, data entities, and batch processes




- Coordinate regression testing, UAT, and production deployments
- Create documentation and support internal knowledge transfer

Requirements:

- Five-plus years of hands-on D365 Finance experience
- Strong Finance module knowledge and configuration expertise
- Experience troubleshooting integrations, APIs, and application issues
- Working knowledge of Azure and Power Platform
- Experience with upgrades, DevOps, and controlled deployments
