This experienced leader manages data products, transformation programs, and data-focused workstreams. The role connects business strategy, technical execution, stakeholder management, and team enablement. Slalom needs expertise across data ecosystems, delivery planning, and data-driven prioritization.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead end-to-end delivery of data products and transformation programs
- Own scope, timelines, budgets, staffing, risks, and dependencies
- Translate technical capabilities into business value for stakeholders
- Coach agile teams and resolve delivery impediments




- Use AI and automation to improve delivery decisions

Requirements:

- Seven-plus years in technical delivery or data-focused leadership
- Understanding of lakes, warehouses, ETL/ELT, APIs, and cloud platforms
- Experience with Snowflake, dbt, Databricks, DataOps, or data mesh
- Agile delivery expertise with tools including Jira or Confluence
- Executive communication and technical facilitation skills
