Lead learning strategy and artificial intelligence governance as MNP’s Senior Director, Learning & Development, supporting its national Human Capital team onsite. Shape enterprise capability through strategic leadership, governance, and measurement across a Canadian professional services firm.

As a strategic leader and trusted advisor, you will oversee MNP’s Learning & Development function and operating model. The mandate includes learning technologies, AI-enabled solutions, budget management, vendor relationships, and senior stakeholder partnership. Your work will align learning priorities with firm strategy, regulatory compliance, and financial governance requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the L&D; strategy, budget, and operating model
- Establish governance, accountability, decision rights, and standards




- Own AI-enabled learning design governance and adoption
- Measure learning impact and report business value
- Represent L&D; with senior leaders and governance forums

Requirements:

- 10+ years’ progressive L&D;, Human Capital, or Talent Development leadership
- 5+ years leading large teams and enterprise initiatives
- Extensive professional services and regulated learning experience
- Expertise in learning strategy, measurement, technologies, and AI solutions
- Robust English communication, stakeholder, and change leadership skills
