The position emphasizes audio-visual equipment, inventory control, customer satisfaction, and performance management. You will coordinate scheduling, billing approval, equipment readiness, and skilled onsite service for clients and hotels.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage daily technician workflow and floor activities
- Supervise scheduling, timekeeping, delegation, and team performance
- Maintain equipment sheets, inventory levels, safety, and quality




- Meet guests onsite and verify equipment setup
- Hire, develop, lead, and motivate operational staff

Requirements:

- High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Four-plus years audio-visual and hospitality experience
- Two-plus years supervisory experience, or completion of ADOP
- Working knowledge of live-show audio-visual equipment
- Proficiency with computer hardware, software, Internet, and Microsoft Office
