An experienced Customer Service/Account Manager connects customers with manufacturing operations. You will manage quotations, artwork, production workflows, approvals, shipping, and delivery while coordinating with Sales, Estimating, Prepress, Production, Purchasing, and Shipping. The role supports accurate communication, timely execution, and customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

- Serve as primary contact for assigned packaging customers
- Manage projects from order entry through final delivery
- Prepare quotations, purchase orders, and sales orders
- Coordinate artwork, proofs, approvals,



and production requirements
- Monitor schedules and resolve quality, timing, or cost issues

Requirements:

- Three to five-plus years in print or packaging customer service
- Strong understanding of packaging manufacturing processes
- Knowledge of production workflows and manufacturing lead times
- Excellent organizational, communication, and time-management skills
- Comfort with ERP/MIS systems and Microsoft Office
