As Assistant Manager, Innovation & Brand Experience, you will support Canada’s ice cream category through innovation and culturally relevant marketing. You will contribute to product development, portfolio strategy, advertising, and in-market execution. The work connects consumer behavior, trends, competitive activity, and business performance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Help develop and launch innovative products for consumers
- Identify trends and opportunities across the ice cream portfolio
- Partner with R&D;, Customer Strategy & Planning, and Sales
- Develop recommendations using consumer and business analysis




- Support social-first marketing campaigns and communications

Requirements:

- Experience in marketing, business, brand management, or related commercial fields
