This position oversees field service projects from initiation through completion. It requires complex testing, results interpretation, project coordination, and electrical troubleshooting. You will support oil and gas sites, mining operations, industrial plants, and commercial properties while developing client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform advanced field service work and interpret complex test results
- Conduct Doble testing on transformers, breakers, and CT/PTs
- Coordinate routine and moderately complex projects independently




- Mentor junior field staff through technical training
- Prepare detailed technical reports for client facilities

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree or Journeyman Electrician certification
- Five to ten-plus years of field service experience
- Leadership or project management experience
- Expertise commissioning electrical distribution systems
- Solid analytical, reporting, and communication abilities
