Reporting to Account Directors, you will plan, coordinate, and oversee the delivery of marketing projects including branding, packaging, web and app platforms, digital campaigns, activations, and printed and digital marketing assets.

You will work closely with internal and external teams to ensure projects are executed smoothly, efficiently, and with a high level of quality, while respecting timelines, budgets, and agency standards.

With strong organizational skills and outstanding attention to detail, you will play a key role in project coordination, deliverable quality, and the continuous improvement of workflows and processes.

Responsabilities

- Plan, coordinate, and oversee the delivery of digital and print marketing projects.
- Analyze client needs and prepare briefs, project scopes, and action plans.
- Coordinate internal and external teams to ensure smooth and efficient execution.
- Ensure timelines, budgets, and agency quality standards are respected.
- Monitor deliverables, project performance, and key performance indicators.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes, tools, and workflows.
- Stay up to date on marketing, creative, and AI trends and technology tools.

Profile





- University degree in marketing, communications, project management, e-commerce, or another relevant field.
- 3 to 5 years of experience managing marketing and digital projects, ideally within an agency environment.
- Proficiency with project management tools such as Asana, Jira, Trello, or equivalent platforms.
- Strong interest in emerging AI-powered tools and technologies.
- Excellent coordination and multidisciplinary project management skills.
- Strong organizational skills, rigor, and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent in both French and English, spoken and written.
