As a Business Intelligence Analyst, you will develop reliable analytical solutions from multiple business systems. The role supports strategic and operational decision-making through data modeling, ETL/ELT processes, reporting, and visualization. You will collaborate with stakeholders, process owners, analysts, and subject matter experts.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, maintain, and optimize dashboards and reports
- Create scalable data models for reporting and analytics
- Integrate business-system data into consolidated insights
- Investigate data, reporting, and performance-related issues
- Train users on business intelligence tools and reports

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in a related analytical or technical field
- Two to four years developing business intelligence solutions
- Advanced SQL and relational database knowledge
- Experience with data modeling and ETL/ELT processes
- English and French written and verbal communication skills
