Lead strategic transformation projects at iA Financial Group using artificial intelligence and emerging technologies in Québec City, three to four days onsite weekly.

As a Senior Project Manager, you will guide high-impact initiatives from ideation through Phase 0 within approximately 90-day transformation cycles. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary experts to structure cutting-edge solutions before transferring them to execution teams. The work includes business projects, cross-functional initiatives, and evolving operating models.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify upcoming mandates with management and prepare teams
- Coordinate projects through mandate definition and Phase 0
- Organize transfers to execution teams and align portfolios
- Facilitate planning, follow-up, retrospective, and governance workshops
- Monitor risks,



issues, performance, and change-management action plans

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant work experience
- Four large-scale strategic projects with multiple stakeholders and budgets
- Experience managing medium-scope, strategically important cross-functional initiatives
- Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and conflict-management skills
- Excellent French and intermediate English proficiency
