The Partnership and Experience Consultant develops system strategies with patients, residents, clients, and families. This full time position recruits, retains, and evaluates patient and family advisors while leading experience, engagement, and partnership initiatives. It also supports quality, safety, accreditation, and co-design priorities across the system.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop engagement, experience, and partnership strategies, policies, and processes
- Recruit, orient, retain, and assign patient and family advisors
- Lead workshops promoting patient and family partnership and co-design




- Analyze satisfaction, engagement, and partnership data
- Support accreditation preparation and compliance requirements

Requirements:

- Master’s degree in a related health or business field
- Three to five years of practical related experience
- Advanced proficiency coordinating volunteers
- Proven leadership through organizational change
- Superior communication, facilitation, presentation, and writing skills
