Lead technology procurement projects in Toronto using strategic sourcing, supplier negotiation, and contract management expertise. This full-time position supports enterprise-wide purchasing.

Reporting to the Manager of Strategic Sourcing, you will support Technology and Marketing procurement initiatives. Your work spans SaaS and cloud, hardware, telecommunications, managed services, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and consulting. You will develop sourcing strategies, evaluate suppliers, negotiate terms, and complete contract documentation for medium- to high-complexity projects.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead sourcing and contracting for technology purchases
- Develop RFx, evaluation, and negotiation strategies
- Negotiate pricing, licensing, service levels, and commercial terms
- Coordinate legal, security, privacy, tax,



and risk reviews
- Monitor supplier compliance and manage escalations

Requirements:

- Three years of technology procurement or strategic sourcing experience
- Degree, diploma, or equivalent related work experience
- Knowledge of strategic sourcing, RFx, and contract review
- Experience with software, cloud, infrastructure, or cybersecurity categories
- Solid analytical, negotiation, communication, and influencing skills
