The Manager, Paid Social, is a subject matter expert on EQ’s Performance Marketing team. You will manage full-funnel campaigns for Everyday Banking products, including Deposits, Credit Cards, and Lending. The role supports acquisition targets through analytics, testing, and stakeholder recommendations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Create and optimize paid social marketing strategies
- Manage campaigns across Meta, Reddit, TikTok, and Pinterest
- Analyze segments, messaging, and business performance data
- Build reports using GA4 and Google Data Studio
- Present campaign findings and performance recommendations

Requirements:

- Related post-secondary degree or diploma
- Credit Card or Everyday Banking acquisition experience
- Three to five years in Paid Social
- Hands-on experience with Meta, Reddit, and TikTok
- Robust Excel and reporting automation skills
