As a Business Development Representative in Internal Distribution, you will identify and qualify Advisors and Financial Planners across National Bank’s branch network. You will promote NBI’s investment solutions through calls, emails, digital interactions, and marketing campaigns. The position is permanent and full-time, with some travel potentially required.

Key Responsibilities:

- Initiate sales and business development contacts against activity targets
- Develop territories to achieve sales objectives and targets
- Create, execute, and evaluate ongoing sales campaigns




- Deliver high-quality interactions with Advisors and Financial Planners
- Lead product and market training sessions

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance and three to five years’ experience
- Master’s degree in a related field and two years’ relevant experience
- IFC or CSC completed, or achievable within six months
- Prospecting, lead qualification, and self-starting ability
- Strong financial markets, listening, and communication skills
