About the Role

Our client is seeking a highly analytical and skilled Biostatistician to join their growing team, offering a fully remote work arrangement. You will be integral to the design, analysis, and interpretation of clinical trials and research studies. Your statistical expertise will ensure the integrity and validity of scientific data, contributing significantly to regulatory submissions and informed decision-making. This role demands a rigorous approach to statistical methodology, proficiency with statistical software, and the ability to communicate complex findings clearly to both statistical and non-statistical audiences within a collaborative, remote setting.

Key Responsibilities

- Design clinical trial protocols, including sample size calculations and statistical analysis plans (SAPs).
- Perform statistical analyses of clinical trial data using SAS, R, or other relevant software.
- Interpret analysis results and prepare statistical reports for regulatory submissions and publications.
- Collaborate with clinical teams, data managers, and medical writers to ensure accurate data collection and reporting.
- Contribute to the development and validation of statistical programs and methodologies.




- Stay current with advancements in statistical methodologies and regulatory requirements for pharmaceutical research.

Requirements

- Master's or PhD degree in Biostatistics, Statistics, or a closely related quantitative field.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Biostatistician in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry.
- Proficiency in statistical analysis software such as SAS (required), R, or S-Plus.
- Strong understanding of clinical trial design, statistical modeling, and data analysis techniques.
- Familiarity with regulatory guidelines relevant to clinical trial statistics (e.g., ICH E9).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills for remote collaboration.
