As a Senior Manager in People Advisory Services, you will deliver Mobility Tax compliance and advisory solutions. The work includes analyzing client tax data, reviewing returns, advising on cross-border work, and supporting mobility policy and employer tax needs. You will also lead teams, engagements, and business development.

Key Responsibilities:

- Analyze client tax data and determine Canadian and US filing positions
- Review Canadian and US personal income tax returns
- Advise clients on working across tax jurisdictions
- Lead mobility engagements and business development efforts




- Manage account financials, teams, performance, and client relationships

Requirements:

- Minimum seven years of US and/or Canadian personal income tax experience
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field
- CPA or Enrolled Agent credential obtained or in progress
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Qualified judgment, innovation, and current tax knowledge
