Lead food and beverage operations at Pursuit while supervising staff, maintaining service standards, and resolving guest concerns on the spot. This full time, year-round position starts in October.

As Assistant Food and Beverage Manager, you will support daily outlet management across guest service, food quality, and team performance. Your work includes recruitment, training, inventory tracking, ordering, reporting, and maintaining food hygiene. You will help deliver the Farm + Fire experience from a guest’s perspective.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise staff and support daily outlet management
- Resolve guest complaints and service issues promptly
- Maintain food quality, hygiene, and safety compliance
- Track inventory, place orders,



and maintain stock levels
- Prepare daily reports on promotions, feedback, and unsatisfied guests

Requirements:

- Five or more years of food and beverage experience
- Hospitality diploma or degree focused on food and beverage
- Experience building relationships across organizational levels
- Ability to implement and uphold service standards
- Criminal record check consent required
