This Asset Investment Planning and Management Specialist develops annual budgets, Long Range Plans, and investment strategies. You will facilitate Asset Investment Decision Making activities, optimize capital portfolios, and support business performance. The work connects asset class managers, Risk Management, Finance, and Enterprise Asset Management teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead annual capital budget and Long Range Plan development
- Facilitate investment decisions and capital portfolio optimization
- Prioritize program and non-program capital initiatives
- Maintain tools, dashboards, templates, and reporting solutions




- Present investment insights and recommendations to leadership

Requirements:

- University degree or equivalent related education and experience
- Seven or more years in asset management or capital planning
- Robust analytical, financial, and problem-solving capabilities
- Experience with budgeting, portfolios, risk assessment, and improvement
- Knowledge of Copperleaf, Oracle, Power BI, and asset management
