As Vice President, Business Development, you will expand OSI’s market presence and contribute directly to revenue growth. The work centers on current business development, account management, return to work strategies, and client relationships. You will also support proposals, presentations, contracts, and sales planning.

Key Responsibilities:

- Acquire new clients and meet monthly, quarterly, and yearly targets
- Maintain prospect lists and execute account management strategies
- Respond to RFPs, develop pricing, and review submissions
- Present solutions and coordinate finalist presentations for prospects




- Negotiate contracts and support Sales to Ops transitions

Requirements:

- Three to five plus years of B2B sales experience
- Strong presentation and analytical skills for C-Level audiences
- Excellent time-management, problem-solving, communication, and listening skills
- Confidence networking with customers and decision makers
- Experience selling HR, disability management, or wellness services preferred
