The position focuses on safe, on-schedule, high-quality execution across shovel maintenance, component change-outs, and outages. Key Responsibilities:

- Direct safe, productive, quality shovel maintenance execution
- Oversee shovel splits and major component change-outs
- Coordinate repairs, preventative maintenance, and lube checks
- Lead toolbox talks, JSAs, and FLHAs
- Manage schedules, time reporting, and progress tracking

Requirements:

- Journey-certified Heavy Duty Mechanic, HET, or Millwright
- Inter-provincial Red Seal and JM Off Road or Millwright Ticket
- Three to five years of shovel maintenance experience
